Incentive Trip to Lisbon: a 3-Day Programme

Three days that feel like a reward, not a conference: the city's light and lanes, the river, a day built around the team, and an evening they will still talk about at the next kick-off.

The programme

Every incentive we run is drawn from a blank page around your objectives, your group and your budget. This sample programme shows the shape we often start from for a group of twenty to sixty guests over three days in Lisbon, with alternatives for each moment so it can lean towards culture, food, the sea or pure celebration. Treat it as a starting point: we will tailor every element to your brief.

Day by day

The shape of three days in Lisbon

Day 1

Arrival and a first taste of Lisbon

Private transfers from the airport, timed to each flight, and a welcome at the hotel with rooms ready or a comfortable space to settle in. In the late afternoon, small groups set out with local guides through Alfama and the old town, the city opening up below at every viewpoint. The evening belongs to a welcome dinner in a historic house or on a terrace above the river: the moment the group becomes a group.

Day 2

The city and the river

A morning in Belém, where Portugal's age of discovery began: the Jerónimos Monastery and the riverfront read by a guide who brings the story alive, and a warm pastel de nata from the bakery that first made them. After lunch, the group takes to the Tagus for a shared experience on the water, then the evening is free to explore, or gathered for dinner in a neighbourhood restaurant reserved for the group.

Day 3

A day for the team, a night to remember

The day built around your objectives: a private space for your session in the morning, then a team activity that brings people together rather than keeping score, followed by a long lunch. As the light softens, a closing dinner in a palace, a private garden or a riverside venue, with the kind of touches that turn a good trip into the one everyone remembers. Transfers to the airport the next morning, or the same night, timed to each flight.

Good to know

Questions, answered

How many guests can this programme work for?

It is designed for groups of around twenty to sixty guests, and we adapt hotels, venues, transport and staffing to your numbers. Smaller executive groups and larger groups are both possible.

Can the programme be adapted to our objectives and budget?

Entirely. This is a starting point, not a package. We build the final programme around your objectives, the profile of your group and your budget, with alternatives for each moment.

Do you work with agencies and corporate travel planners?

Yes. We work directly with companies and as the ground partner for agencies and event planners, who keep the relationship with their client while we design and run everything on the ground in Portugal.

How far in advance should we plan an incentive in Lisbon?

As early as possible. Hotels and the best venues need to hold space for the whole group at once, so several months ahead is ideal, and more for spring and autumn, the busiest seasons for groups in Lisbon.

Which languages do your guides speak?

We work with guides in several languages, including English, French, Spanish and Portuguese, and arrange other languages on request for your group.

Tell us about your programme

Share your dates, group size and objectives. We will come back with a tailored programme and a clear price.

No cost and no obligation. For groups, the best hotels and venues need holding early, so the sooner we hear from you, the more we can secure.
