Do you manage the events as well as the travel?
Yes. We're a full destination management company. Conferences, gala dinners, team-building, transfers and the production behind them are all handled by one team, end to end.

How far in advance should we plan?
For incentive programmes, the earlier the better. Venues and the finest hotels need to hold space for the whole group at once. Several months ahead is ideal, and more for large groups in high season.
